Background
Acute ischemic stroke was a medical emergency. Patient received with intravenous recombinant tissue plasminogen activator( rtPA ) within three hours if no contraindication.Methods
A total 60 patients admitted to intensive care unit ( ICU ) in acute ischemic stroke in the medical center were consecutively included in the study .We divided..
