  Background

  It is well known that sudden discontinuation of antidepressants can cause, sometimes severe, withdrawal symptoms. However, there was no practical guide yet on how to taper these drugs with as few symptoms as possible for the patient. We received lots of questions from pharmacists and doctors about this.
