Background
Pharmacist and -technicians in community pharmacies, are entitled to a postgraduate course a year. At the yearly employee developement planning talk (EDP), management an employer agrees on what course should be taken. This used to be either a wish from the employee or from the management. It seemed quite often, that the new knowledge.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
