  Background

  As a large number of pharmaceutical items, such as multiple formulations, multiple doses, similar drug names, drug similar appearances, the efficient review is crucial.

  Purpose

  To improve the medication-use safety of the patients discharged from the emergency room and the correctness of the pharmacy operations of the emergency pharmacy.
