Background
Nowadays more and more studies about pharmacogenomics show the possibilities of personalized medicine. Implementation of pharmacogenomics in pharmacy practice can improve therapy by reducing drug inefficacy/toxicity. To raise awareness among pharmacists the Royal Dutch Pharmacists Association and Erasmus MC Rotterdam offer..
