Background
Shared care guidelines (SCGs) assist healthcare professionals and patients in clinical decision making while ensuring continuity of care during movement of patients between primary and secondary care settings.
Purpose
To develop Rheumatology Shared Care Guidelines (MRSCGs) rheumatology drugs, emphasizing the intervention of community.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
