Aims: We are objected to study the prevalence of potential severe drug-drug interactions in the inpatient department of our hospital.
Methods: A spontaneous drug-drug interaction monitoring system has been used for years in the inpatient pharmacy department of Cheng Hsin Rehabilitation Medical Center.
