  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

Genipin is an iridoid aglycone found in fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. Since it can react with primary amine group, it has been used as a cross-linker in drug delivery and tissue engineering fields.

    Aims

This study aimed to simultaneously cross-link chitosan beads and immobilize β-glucosidase on these matrices in one pot reaction.
