Backgrounds
Lutein is a naturally occurring carotenoid and fat-soluble xanthophyll for the reduced risk of age-related macular degeneration disease. However, absolutely low water solubility of lutein hinders its intestinal absorption and results in very low bioavailability in human body.Aims
