Backgrounds
Wurster coating is commonly used to apply API and polymer coatings to multiparticulates. Due to the tacky properties of some formulations, de-tackifying agents such as talc are suspended into the spray solution to aid processing. This can lead to long duration processes, slow spray rates and an increased risk for solution line and..
