  • Type: Poster
  • Poster code: P-B-042-Tuesday

  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

Enoxaparin (EXP) is conventionally administered by injection as this anticoagulant exhibits limited permeation across biological membranes.

    Aims

This research explores hydrophobic ion pairing as a novel strategy for augmenting bioavailability of EXP after oral absorption.

    Methods

    Binding enthalpies of EXP/cetyltrimethylammonium bromide
