Backgrounds
Platinum-based drugs, like cisplatin, play a central role in nearly half of all anticancer treatments. Despite their success, these drugs have two major limitations; severe side effects and the ability of cancers to develop drug resistance. As a result, new methods of targeting platinum drugs to cancers are needed.Aims
