  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

    Human serum albumin (HSA) has been shown to be biocompatible and bind vriety of drugs. Therefore, it is ideal as a carrier of a drug in cancer therapy. In cancer treatment using carriers, it is known that nanoparticles showing a size of 60 to 130 nm exhibit high tumor accumulation due to the EPR (enhanced permeability and retention)..
