Backgrounds
Lipid-based formulations (LBFs) are used to overcome solubility limitations and to improve oral absorption of poorly water-soluble drugs. However, during lipid dispersion and digestion in the GI tract there is a risk of drug precipitation, a process that is poorly understood.Aims
