  • Abstract:

    Backgrounds

BRD4 is an attractive cancer target, yet its protein-protein interactions (PPIs), which is relevant to therapeutic effects of BRD4 inhibitors, are not well understood. Induction of autophagic cell death (ACD) has been emerging as a new strategy; therefore, targeting ACD for discovering a BRD4 inhibitor will be anticipated.
