• Abstract:

  The long anticipated Aged society has come to Japan in a rush. Efforts to review the health care system, to promote strategies to suppress medical expenses and to separate medical care functions have accelerated. Consequently,　a reduction in hospitalized days is encouraged for inpatients, resulting in a heavier dependency on home nursing care.
