• Abstract:

  Pregabalin is anantiepileptic drug with structural analogue of GABA. Its therapeutic indications approved by FDA,only in adults are: combined treatment of partial seizures , treatment of neuropathic pain, treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)and fibromyalgia. The latter use is not approved by the EMA
