Aims: The aims of this project are to evaluate and optimize the lines of communications currently implemented at Ballerup Pharmacy.
Description: Ballerup Pharmacy consists of a main unit, 1 subunit and 3 over-the-counter (OTC) units. On average the entire pharmacy service between 1000-1300 people a day. The sheer size of the operation obviously.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
