The effects of the double-bond numbers in Octadecanoyl acetal sodium sulfite (HOU-C18:n; n=0, 1 and 2) on the hemolysis of erythrocyte, the fluidity of membrane and the conformation of membrane protein were investigated. Results showed that 1.81ï‚´10-4 mol/L of HOU-C18:0, 2.42ï‚´10-4 mol/L of HOU-C18:1 could cause cell plasmatorrhexis. And ..
