  • Abstract:

    Two genes encoding amorpha-4,11-diene synthase(ADS) and amorpha-4,11-diene hydroxylase (CYP71AV1 P450)were cloned from Artemisia annua L. The two genes were related to artemisinin biosynthesis. The other two genes encoding the FPP synthase and HMG-CoA reductase were cloned from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. All cloned cDNAs were confirmed by DNA..
