• Abstract:

  Carbapenems,potentially neurotoxic compounds that have been associated with seizures.Seizure propensity of the β-lactams is related to their binding to γ-aminobutyric acid receptors.

  The evaluated reports about presences of CNS disorders,renal insufficiency and age helped us finding 2 cases from 523 patients treated with ertapenem on 2014.
