  • Abstract:

    Baclofen (BC) inhibits GABA receptor, whereas tizanidine hydrochloride (TZ) effects on α2 receptor to hinder neurotransmitter release. Both drugs are muscle relaxants and antispastic drugs, but have short half-lives and low bioavailabilities, and are orally administered three times a day.
