  Curcumin phospholipid complex is patently developed by Indena^® in order to improve oral bioavailability of curcumin. It is available as hard gelatin capsule with low dose equivalent to 100 mg requiring 18 capsules/ day in addition to high price of the product leading to poor patient compliance.
