Medication use evaluation is the program for assuring the quality of medication.
809 patients were enrolled. HIS medical order sustem was used.
There were six categories of drugs which deserve more attention for jeopedizing the safty and efficacy of treatment due to Clopidogrel related drug-drug interaction. Pharmacist must execute MUE regularly
