  Objective of the present study was to formulate and optimize aceclofenac microparticulate drug delivery systems using Eudragit-S 100 (pH sensitive polymer). Aceclofenac microparticles were prepared by solvent evaporation method. A 3-factor, 3-level Box-Behnken design was used for the optimization of aceclofenac microparticulate drug delivery..
