Introduction:In 2005 the pharmacy Lyngby Svane Apotek negotiated an innovative 2 year agreement with the municipality of Lyngby-Taarbaek between the pharmacy and 8 nursing homes. The purpose of the agreement is to strengthen the quality of drug handling in the nursing homes, and to improve residents’ drug therapy outcomes by preventing errors,
