Background:The realization of optimal therapy of Metabolic syndrom (MS) patients is a difficult task. The pharmacy based telecare MS service can help patients to keep in control of their condition and self-care effectively on a day to day basis and can provide a tailored solution that can help those with to manage their condition more effectively.
