  Recently, a reported experimental treatment of estrogen receptor (ER) positive breast cancer with tamoxifen and brivanib alaninate inspired us to assume that a multiple ligand of ER and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor (VEGFR) may exhibit enhanced activity against breast cancer with fewer disadvantages.
