• Abstract:

  Physiological changes that may impact drug clearance in the elderly are frequently reported, although they may be challenging to quantify. The recently developed Simcyp population-based PBPK geriatrics model accounts for age-related physiological changes such as liver volume, kidney weight, renal function and demographic distributions.
