The Safety Paradigm for Medicines – Changes and Challenges from Drug Discovery to Usage

Rua C Numbero 2, Aeroporto Internacional de Lisboa

Description

Sciences driven efficacy, safety and regulation is key for new and better medicines – from first discovery to end usage. The conference is a new initiative, focussing on challenges for the current medicines development and usage. It is set up to connect relevant networks and address uncertainties, timely needs and new research. There will be plenty of time for discussion. Is the legal and regulatory window sufficiently open for implementation of new science and technology? How to connect and bridge pre-clinical, clinical and post-approval phases, in taking advantage of cutting-edge academic, industrial, and regulatory scientific insight?
