Background
In April 1, 2017, by legislation, products for Ostomy became mandatory prescription and made available in community pharmacies reimbursed at 100% by the Portuguese NHS.
Methods
Cross-sectional, descriptive, multicentered study. Community pharmacists delivered a structured anonymous questionnaire to those buying a medical device for ostomy.
