Background: Patients’ satisfaction is a measure of performance in healthcare.
Objectives: The aim of the study was to assess patients’ opinion on the services provided in the pharmacy department of a tertiary hospital in Nigeria in terms of availability, quality and cost of medicines, and pharmaceutical services provided in the hospital..
