Considering the questions of Portuguese Pharmacies directed to CIMPI - Information Centre for Individualized Medicines, it was identified a tendency to diversify the active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) prescribed and used in the preparation of compounded medicines, including several APIs classified as hazardous substances.
