By our experience a lot of non-value adding work is being done in pharmacies in Finland. Though some of this is a necessity (regulatory), most can be classified as “it has always been done this way”. This typically results in sense of urgency when it would not be needed, and poor patient care. Introducing Lean, and Lean Daily..
