Dr. Pharand is a professor and Associate Vice-president for Student Affairs and Success at the Université de Montréal, as well as a researcher and clinical pharmacist specializing in cardiovascular pharmacotherapy at the Sacré-Coeur Hospital in Montreal where she practiced in cardiology (hospital and ambulatory care) over the past 25 years.
