• Abstract:

  Background

  In Taiwan, a doctor could provide the Refillable Prescriptions for a chronic disease patient within stable condition. Patients could refill their prescribed medicines in next 2~3 month without spending time on seeing a doctor. However, patients have to e-mark their NHI cards than wait for pharmacists to dispense before getting the drugs. ..
