The National Health Insurance (NHI) in Taiwan began to reimburse pharmaceutical care delivered by pharmacists in intensive care units (ICUs) in 2018. A total of annual budget of 35 million New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) was allocated for all ICUs in medical centers and regional hospitals. Pharmacists qualified for reimbursement must have..
