Biographies Speakers


Dawn completed her pharmacy degree and graduated with first class honours at the University of Sydney, Australia in 2016. Her honours project titled “Medication shortages in community pharmacy” culminated in a publication, a conference poster and media article in the same year. She currently works at the International Medical Clinic in Singapore, which is dedicated to serving a diverse international patient population. Prior to commencing her degree, she worked at the Singapore General Hospital. Throughout her work and internship experiences, she has been exposed to different cultures and healthcare systems in both Singapore and Australia. Her areas of interest largely covers access to medications, public health and policies, including but not limited to equity and quality use of medications. During her free time, she enjoys travelling and being close to nature. Over the course of her years as a student, she has had the opportunity to volunteer at the village schools in Laos, Thailand and Cambodia which she cherishes dearly.
