There has been enormous interest in the natural language processing (NLP) model called ChatGPT. The program generates gracefully written responses on any given topic. The advent of such chatbots have, however, also generated astonishment and worry about what this technology might bring. Many are wondering how AI and ChatGPT could be used in pharmacy. Lars-Åke Söderlund, FIP vice president & co-chair of the FIP Technology Advisory Group, and his fellow co-chair Jaime Acosta Gomez, secretary of the FIP Community Pharmacy Section interviewed ChatGPT itself to find out!
