SUMMARY: Advocacy micro-curriculum: Session on creating a policy brief
DESCRIPTION:This digital event in the advocacy micro-curriculum webinar series helps pharmacy students, educators, and practitioners turn evidence and community needs into persuasive policy briefs. Participants will distinguish policy briefs from position statements and advocacy toolkits and explore essential components: the problem, evidence, policy options, recommendations, and call to action. A practical walkthrough demonstrates how to assess local context, gather credible evidence, tailor recommendations, and prepare a brief for dissemination.
