Introduction
Metformin-associated lactic acidosis (MALA) is a rare but serious condition that primarily affects patients with renal impairment or acute illness. This study aims to analyse emergency department cases of MALA, focusing on clinical presentations, risk factors, and outcomes. Pharmacists play a critical role in preventing and managing..
