Pharmacogenomics (PGx) has the potential to improve drug therapy by optimizing medication selection and dosing based on genetic factors. However, its clinical application remains limited. Understanding pharmacists' knowledge gaps, unmet needs about PGx and perceived barriers in clinical application of PGx is essential for successful..
