During emergency medical response, the utilization of a Health Information System (HIS) is essential for improving efficiency and ensuring patient safety. The Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS) has developed the Total Medical & Biochemical Information System (TOMBI) as an HIS specifically designed for international emergency medical..
