Background:
For many older people from ethnic minority communities (EMCs) in the UK, managing multiple medications is a daily challenge, often compounded by language barriers, health knowledge gaps, and systemic barriers. Medicine optimisation (MO) plays a crucial role in ensuring that medications are safe, effective, and aligned with patients'..
