Introduction:
Student evaluations, despite their limitations, remain a primary component in assessing teaching for promotion and tenure. These evaluations can be influenced by factors unrelated to teaching effectiveness, including instructor characteristics and course logistics. Faculty peer evaluations offer an alternative method for obtaining.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
