Pharmaceutical care is a patient-centered approach proposed by Hepler and Strand in the early 1990s and has been integrated into the US pharmacy curriculum. Despite the transition to a 6-year PharmD curriculum in Taiwan, challenges persist in embedding pharmaceutical care concepts effectively in education and practice. Barriers include ..
