Introduction
High-alert medications pose a heightened risk of causing significant harm to patients when used incorrectly. Many over-the-counter medicines and other commonly prescribed medicines are recognised as high-alert medications. To prevent medication errors and to minimise harm to patients, specific measures must be implemented in community ..
