Introduction
Magnesium sulfate (MgSO₄) is commonly used to treat hypomagnesemia and manage eclamptic seizures. Studies suggest fetal exposure to MgSO₄ before preterm birth may reduce cerebral palsy (CP) risk. Its neuroprotective mechanisms include cerebral blood flow stabilization, oxidative stress reduction, and anti-inflammatory effects...
