Introduction
Since June 2023, pharmacist shortages at a regional hospital in southern Taiwan have resulted in prolonged medication wait times and growing patient dissatisfaction, adversely affecting the hospital’s reputation. Media reports in June 2024 indicated that medication wait times had exceeded two hours, raising concerns among patients.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
