Background:
Pharmacy internship programs play a critical role in bridging theoretical knowledge with clinical practice. Patient consultation is a key competency, yet interns often face challenges in effective communication and clinical decision-making. This study employs adult learning principles to analyze qualitative feedback from pharmacy..
